FLER SC55 ARMCHAIRS

Beautiful pair of 1950s model SC55 Armchairs by Fler in lovely QLD maple. Both chairs have just been newly reupholstered in high quality Mokum Wool in ‘Denim’ blue with new high density foam. The Maple frames have been cleaned up and oiled, but not completely stripped and refinished as they did not require full restoration. Very good original frames in excellent structural condition. These are now an iconic design from Fred Lowen and are an important part of Australian Mid Century furniture design history.
