Please understand all our items are vintage and previously used, even if restored to the best of our ability, they are still old pieces. Therefore, we do not offer any warranty, refunds or exchange.
Realm Vintage offer local delivery around the Adelaide metro area at very competitive rates. Deliveries outside this zone or interstate will incur additional fees which will be quoted as necessary, simply contact us at info@realmvintage.com.au. We also reserve the right to cancel an order and refund any payments made if we are unable to deliver to you and fulfil the order. Where inaccurate or incomplete delivery details are provided by a customer, and additional delivery costs are incurred, the customer will be liable to pay these costs. We are not liable for any damage whatsoever caused by third parties. However, we have long established freight companies that have worked with us for many years, with proven results and satisfied customers around Australia.
